End-user licence agreement

Ecko is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run it, free of charge, for any purpose, personal or commercial. There is nothing to buy and no licence to apply for.

Install it on as many machines as you or your organisation use, including servers, build agents and production systems. Write and distribute programs in Ecko - your code is yours, and nothing in this licence claims any interest in it. Redistribute the unmodified binary with your own program, provided this licence travels with it.

Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the binary. Remove or obscure licence notices. Sublicense, rent or resell Ecko itself.

Ecko is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to 100 US dollars, and the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
