End-user licence agreement

Ecko is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run it, free of charge, for personal, educational and evaluation use. Business use requires a commercial licence.

Install it on as many machines as you personally use. Write and distribute programs in Ecko - your code is yours, and nothing in this licence claims any interest in it. Redistribute the unmodified binary with your own program, provided this licence travels with it.

Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the binary. Remove or obscure licence notices. Sublicense, rent or resell Ecko itself. Use it in a business context without a commercial licence.

Ecko is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the twelve months before the claim.
