Ecko is published by Machine Republic (Pty) Ltd. These terms cover using this website. Use of the software itself is governed by the EULA. Where this page and the EULA disagree about the software, the EULA wins.

Read it, download the binaries, quote the docs. Please do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking first, or pass it off as your own. Security reports are welcome at security@ecko.sh and we will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith.

Ecko and this site are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at 100 US dollars, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

Changes take effect when they are published here, and the date at the top of this page says when that last happened.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Machine Republic (Pty) Ltd is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
