Commercial licence

A commercial licence permits use of Ecko in a business context: production systems, internal tooling, and anything shipped to your customers. It is priced per developer - a person who writes or edits Ecko code - and does not count build agents, test runners or deploy pipelines.

Licences run annually. Software already deployed keeps running if a licence lapses - there is no kill switch and no phone home. An expired licence means new work may not be shipped under it, not that production stops.

Email support with a one-business-day response, security advisories ahead of public disclosure, and priority on bug reports. Enterprise agreements can add a named contact, onboarding and custom terms.

Programs you write in Ecko are entirely yours. This licence covers the use of Ecko itself and claims no interest in what you build with it.
